Earlier this summer, I had the pleasure of photographing Ramona & Burton for their engagement session.  We took a stroll around the National Harbor in Maryland, then captured some of DC's monuments from across the water in Virginia.  Thanks to Ramona and Burton for their great energy during that hot and humid summer day.  They managed to stay nice and cool for the camera.  The couple's October wedding will take place in Washington DC area.

Congratulations to newlyweds Seidah & John, who recently married in northern VA on 8-8-08.  They enjoyed a private ceremony, then held a party on a later date for family and friends to join the celebration.  I had the pleasure of creating casual portraits for their custom-printed invitations.

On last Thursday, I had the joy of photographing Amy and Michael for their engagement session. We met at the Ocean View Fishing Pier in Norfolk, where sand and water served as a natural backdrop. Congratulations to Zephanye & Sam! Their October wedding took place in Auburn, Alabama at the Auburn University Conference Center. This was a beautiful occasion with a theme that included Fall colors. The day before, we were able to squeeze in a quick engagement session. We walked around the campus of Tuskegee University, capturing the couple in different scenes. One of my favorites was created when we stopped by a monument of Tuskegee’s founder Booker T. Washington. I had a great time with this fun couple!
